KCnet A+ and N+ Certified Technicians will diagnose problems and repair your computer.  We will work with you to determine if parts are required.  We will accept your computer for diagnosis for just $35 pre-paid.  This pre-payment will be applied to your repair costs.

 

We recommend an annual Computer Clean-up, much like your scheduled maintenance on a car or truck.  This service is $75 and includes physically cleaning the computer, inside and out; running updates on anti-virus, operating system and other programs.  We test your system memory, clear all unneeded and unnecessary files and optimize your hard drive.  If  we cannot fully remedy the computer’s issues by performing the Computer Clean-up service, the customer will be contacted with an estimate of any additional costs before a technician continues making repairs.
